I used to coach bowling with people of all types of handicaps, the one value that's the most important to them is telling the truth followed by respect. I wish people today had just half of what these people do. Thank you for posting this video. Much love and God bless.

fantastic story regarding the amazing progress of an austic teen with hidden remarkable skills that develop miraculously.
Plenty of stereotypes in this movie but one thing about this movie shines is the fact it shows both the prejudice to Autistics and the realization that the world also has to adjust for them as well and that you have you actually have to take the time to see what's really going on not just make assumptions like that idiot principal who made not only a wrong and dangerous assumption about Anthony because he has a autism and a record of fighting if the kid was nuro typical he would probably be praised especially when he's provoked each time
I really enjoyed this movie. I almost didn't watch it because I'm not into sports at all but will occasionally watch a movie involving sports like Facing the Giants, We Are Marshall, etc. This one was really good. Thanks for sharing.

That was one kick ass movie! I enjoyed every second of it. Some people look at autism and a worthless way to survive, little do they know that autism can be powerful in many different ways. We as people need to search for ways to resolve a category that shouldn't exist at all. Anthony, in the movie, is a shining star with intelligence and power. As I said, great move.

I love Mr. G. in this movie so much that it really teaches us how to defend myself and I love the way he said I don't want to be a cop. I want to fight. I love the attitude that Mr. G. has and the artistic kid knows his state capitals. He is very talented and clever at all times pertaining to his ways of intelligence and he is very fast when it comes to his speaking abilities. I love how he defend himself and how he plays basketball and also I like the way when he beats up the kids for making fun of him and Mr. G. said relax and calm down and that's enough. Mr. G. doesn't play around and I would love to do a movie with Mr. G. one of these days.

Great movie I also have a 18 year old son with autism and a 8 year old son with autism both very different with different level of needs but they are both very beautiful souls people say to me how do I get through the day and my answer is I love them both to the moon and back theirs nothing I would not do for them they are my life they are my blood they are me and I also have wonderful care team speech threpist and a woundiful school were my 8 year old attends witch he Love's I'm also learning every day from them they teach me stuff as well

what do you do with a dog that's born defective ? you put it down.. its the HUMANE thing to do... why can't we do this with people ? does anyone know the over population problem we have on earth ? this is one good lobby for debate... they are useless.. produce little or nothing to society and would be far better off as fertilizer.

i was in many school fights, i wish there was help back i the 80's, i won 99% and felt bad about hurting others. My red hair, freackles made me a target for Bullying. Made me a mean kid.

So funny. I grew up in Hawthorne. What they're using as the Hawthorne High gym is actually the gym in Saint Anthony's School, the Catholic grammar school I graduated from. And the early fight scene was at Shortways Barn Bar and Grill. Pretty shitty movie but fun trip down memory lane! :-)

Started out like a really corny movie, but then surprisingly became a pretty good move. I hated the ending, as I was really getting into the characters, and wanted another chapter.

4 stars.! My grandson is just like him! He's only 10 though, and he's very smart also.!! It's funny, I have 5 grown kids (2 male and 3 female) and 11 grandchildren(7 male and 4 female) and they all have fighting skills in their blood. They must get it from me..hehe! Well I use to box, and fight MMA. Until I got more than enough concussions and retired. But I use to have a shirt that said "MMA in my DNA".. Reminds me of my kids! The actor on this movie did a great job acting autistic.!! I just wish they did without all the swearing! I was hoping to see that the kid fight in the ring.. But in the real world I believe that could never happen.. I doubt they would ever let an autistic kid fight!! Oh yeah I forgot to mention. When I first started watching this, and it showed how the Sensei was acting. It reminded me of the Sensei on karate kid. And low and behold they show him!! Haha!! Peace to all! Be Vigilant! God Speed!!

Cobra Kai ain't got nothin on that one dude and his students in the red karate gear at the beginning of the movie. Holy hell. Imagine that dude versus the crazy dude from Cobra Kai with the small pony tail. That would be a good fight.
