U put the the wrong wire in the o circuit
If you temp to do something like this on your own. Keep in mind on how old your Central heat and air unit is. Because I installed one on my mother's they see unit in it almost blew the whole entire system up.

The labels I used came with the thermostat.
Mine is wire different the white was not in use and orange was to o/b
I wish I knew what the Different Wires represent cause I always wanted a Nest for the Holidays

What do the different letters mean on the wire labels?
R-Red =PowerW-White =HeatingY-Yellow =CoolingG-Green =FanC-Blue=Common Wire Connection
