( Just my opinion ) Flower should be A, OneShot combo, easy to hit, Counter is OP ( Good DMG and Good heal ) insect should be B or A, It have good DMG. poison is OP because it make your HP always drain, cant heal and cant run away. Its attack is kinda easy to hit for me. ( only the first form is kinda hard to hit ) Btw, Your Tier list isnt bad :3.

For pvp it could be S I personally think A. But for pvp 3 dmg moves isn’t enough the counter is kinda weird since it makes NPC just ignore you so you have to get the perfect timing and it only works on one person. Vermillion eyes is also kinda useless when fighting multiple enemies or any boss

Thunder actually has a really insane ability with the added stun, you can breathe in-between swings letting you use a much more powerful combo if you master the timing that does like 236 damage.

Insect breathing is actually really good for people who are fast and clever. They can just jab people and dodge attacks without the enemies realizing how low their health has went down overtime. But C tier really is where it belongs. 🙌🏼
tbh wind and water are the best breathing overall they both cheap and strong water is better overall but way harder to obtain while wind is better for pve and high damage output but if you know how to take advantage of the water passive youre basically a god
Cause you need to get at least prestige 9+ to max it out and if your below prestige 9 your not going to max your character and you need kamado clan to make it good (ex your not going to get dmg from move) that why

I think beast should be higher, hear me out the requirements are retarded but if someone is good at pvp beast is one of the best dual nichirin, and a move that drags people in and pushes them away and basically you can extend your combos in any way. I wish it had a frame but it wouldn’t make sense
I hate Stone breathers. I can tolerate Sun and Moon but Stone is so OP. Insane range and 4 of 5 moves can stun you. And the worst of it all is that it has a very low cooldown. I never able to manage to beat a single stone breather that knows how to abuse its range and stuns. I am a Water user. I found success with Mist because of low cd invi for some mistakes and some success in Sun and Flame with counters and zoning moves. With water, I dont have any idea how to approach one without getting heavily punished by it.
Sound is def not D tier, sound is a more defensive breath and when you use it with kanroji it can be really good. And the moves are easy to hit, you just have to be smart. Bang and roar are 2 of the best defensive moves in the game. Roar has a broken hitbox, hitting even outside the area it shows in-game and it has hyper armor, same thing with bang. Bang can be used in all scenarios actually and with the very low cooldown of 15 seconds it's one of the best moves in game for defensive and for combo material, for example, you can lunge + 3 m1s + bang and follow up with almost anything except string perfromance and chain explosiong due to breath meter. String performance is good in certain scenarios like when someone rushes you, chain explosion is a good move with good damage if again used correctly, you can use it on a 3 m1 combo for example or use it after the if going against a demon because they can't see what you'll do next. It's given that the is bad, but the rest of sound's kit is really good, you just need to know how to put it to max so i'd say D is an exaggeration.

Moon breathing is NOT hard to use it is literally one of the easiest to master you could literally check out the moves one time and you can already make combos

Ye same opinion on sound. You have like 3 moves with hyper armour(even if bang and string performance don't show it). One move that does like 40-45 dmg and you have an evasive. So the breathing has everything you need.
