Hi Samuel, It does not have a DVD nor audio example in this specific edition. Having said that, It has a lot of short and easy-to-understand work-outs.
My review just extended those work-outs to suit it my presentation. It is not expensive and it delivers a lot of useful information. I got a lot out of it.
