Apple IPAD possible fraud with payment methods

This is the first video of a series to explain how a defective iPad pro device can be used for fraud activities.
As seen on the video the payment method was removed from the account, but somehow it's possible to get charged by it, even if you might receive a notification email that the account billing was changed.
Notice that the fraud isn't done by 3rd parties but by Apple itself.
After I claimed for a refund for the unauthorised charges Apple rejected any negotiation.
