Thanks for these uploads. Will need to give them a try. It's great to see other people interested in this prototype too!
I've managed to randomly soft lock the game 3 times so far. The first one was in Granwich after I beat the big guy with the gear last, the trigger for granny to open the Aztec era didn't happen.
The second was in the Matching Blocks Challenge, where if you push a block into one of the coloured pads and push another one right in front of it, you wont be able to push the block back since they haven't added the small spacing between them yet.
And last was when I was running up the stairs into The Sacred Ride and calling Taz just as I got to the entrance he pushed me off the stairs and I was endlessly running into the wall. I haven't been able to do this glitch again after several attempts so I must have timed it to the frame. I have been able to get stuck in place occasionally though using the same method.
Funnily enough there are some bugs in the final game that aren't present here. The trick where you can get to the Arabian era (and any other really) early by diving above the entrance doesn't seem to be possible yet. There's also one in the final where you can get into Sam's Temple early by sending either character in from a distance with the right analog stick. I'm guessing this maybe has something to do with how they optimized the game in the final by unloading objects that weren't needed.
All of this just makes me appreciate how much effort went into polishing the game in the end though.

It's no problem, I'm doing my best to gather as much information as I can on it. If possible we could work on some sort of list of changes for websites such as TCRF for example.

@@SuperMoonKnight I'd love to help contribute to the site in some way. Been meaning to make an account on there for a while. It might be good to mention some of the differences with the PC version as well. I think that version was based on a late beta of the game since it still has the old music tracks for Roll the Drums, Haunted River and Count Bloodcount. I've heard some people say the Spanish PS1 version of the game also uses these tracks, although trying to find that version has been almost impossible for me.

@@djpasta3082 I've been meaning to find the Spanish version. The PC build is very odd because it's definitely based on an earlier build. It's odd considering A2M's other game of 2000, The Grinch, had a PC version that had no differences with the PS1/DC build. So something had to have happened during Time Buster's development that caused that inconsistency.
One mystery I've been trying to figure out is why they didn't use the Moon Valley boss theme in the final. It's used in this prototype correctly but for some reason it's changed to the Sneak Challenge theme in the final PS1 and PC build.

@@SuperMoonKnight I'd love to find someone that worked on the game and ask them about it. It's possible they gave the one guy who worked on the PC port a build of the game assuming it would be the final version, but some time after ended up replacing the music tracks in the PS1 version only after someone requested the changes. Either that or they accidently used the wrong music files from their archives.
I've been wondering that too actually. To me it sounds like a placeholder from a different game. I don't hear any of the instruments or styles used in other tracks.

@@djpasta3082 Regarding Moon Valley, it's odd because it's unused in both PS1/PC and both have different instrumentation. I have no idea what's up with the whole thing.
I did message the composer awhile back for an interview but I've not received a reply yet sadly. Maybe one day though.

I don't know whether you'll see this comment or not, but I'd really like to know where you got this build from, and also if you could provide a download link, if it isn't a problem

This was from Project Deluge, a prototype release initiative from Hidden Palace. This is probably sourced from a magazine publication. Here is the link hiddenpalace.org/Bugs_Bunny_%26_Taz:_Time_Busters_(Aug_13,_2000_prototype)
