Final end game build for heartseekers. maxed attack speed, maxed move speed maxed resistance.

Changed weapon's vulnerable damage to crit strike chance for higher dps.
Some skills adjustment like using 3 dashes for effective clearing of aether events.

I’ve noticed there are 2 other projectiles shooting next to the Heartseeker projectile. Like 1 on each side. Where is that coming from?

Hmm...I followed your build but I'm wondering how you are keeping your energy up? I even have Starless Skies.
EDIT: figured it out. Gotta have like +5 to Innervation. I like this build; I'm seeing more max damage compared to other Heartseeker builds.

Nice! yes innervention is very important as it keeps the energy level always up
