Looking at the English subtitle file, there are start and end times for 132 lines of dialogue which are just blank, before the actual subtitles start at 12:36 into the episode.
Were they just forgotten, because I can't imagine an upload error that would delete the texts but leave the timing information intact?
I'm so sorry. We upload the complete subtitle but there was an error and somehow the first half sub went missing. I'll look into it and update as soon as possible.

Bit of issue with English Subtitles on this EP. I think a lot of people can relate to this young man, his sexually, bulling, debit, an alcoholic father and his own mental health. An outstanding drama. Well done to everyone involved in this. It’s excellent and hits home
