However, I still have not received a letter about Idex scholarship although I did mention that I want to be nominated during my interview and in my application form. Could you help me understand what should I do then? At the webpage of the scholarship it says that the candidate selection deadline is on May 10. Maybe I should write to the coordinator or just wait? In few days/weeks, depends on the program. If you have not received scholarships nomination you can do well to send an email to the coordinator asking to be nominated.
@@ademolaadeniji I understand that but I am not talking about the scholarship just for the admission I confirmed my decision regarding the formation and I have filled the aditionnal information since 27 April so when am I suppose to have my letter of acceptance in order to do my visa proccess via campus france

Vap is not needed for new applicants. You can tell your recommenders to include your class rank in your reference letter.
