Make milk slices yourself / the ultimate recipe (without gelatine!)

Hello and welcome to a new video on my channel! Today I show you how you can easily make milk slice yourself.
Ingredients:
For the cake base:
3 eggs
125 g flour
40 g cocoa
125 ml whipped cream
125 g sugar
5 g baking powder
For the cream:
250 g mascarpone
300 ml whipped cream
100 g powdered sugar
70 g honey

Hallo Ebru, ich habe „Kakao für Kuchen“ aus dem Lidl benutzt. Spielt aber nicht so ne grosse, Hauptsache es ist für Kuchen etc. gedacht. Liebe Grüsse Ero
