I personally have a very diverse palette, from classical, jazz, rock, Kpop, metal, XPOP..... and much more. I do not compare them, I enjoy them.
XG is hip/hop and r&b, twice is pop. You cant compare them. If your favored style is pop, you can say that, but dont rank groups from different genres against each other.

Personally I think Howling is better than Woke Up because you have singing AND rapping and it's mashes well together where in kpop for instance you mostly get awkward beat switches just to accommodate for a rap or a singing part in the song. However I get that some like Woke Up more but just sonically Howling deserves at least a 7.5 because you get rapping, real singing and lyrics that actually make sense in terms of the song. Songs in k-pop usually have a nice beat but lyrics wise a lot of times they make no sense or are so simple. Case in point is TWICE's song Likey. The number of times they sing "Me likey" on that song is more than two dozen times.
XG isn't K-pop because they aren't Korean and do not sing/rap in Korean (on official tracks). Sorry, no GG can compare to XG. Nobody's got bars like XG. Twice? Hell no!
