Phoenix Edge 540 Mission Aborted

This is my Edge 540 and it is my first petrol plane I bought. After converting it to electric when I got it I decided now that I am a member of 2 flying clubs that I would convert it back to its original state. I am now dialing in the rates as the original recommended rates are too low for this plane so I upped them to something that I get out of trouble with... as soon as I took off I noticed the elevator was way too sensitive so after a few laps I decided to land and check it out........ 3 of the 4 LHS rear elevator CA hinges had failed so its back to the bench..... I did do a preflight check and as you can see in the photo at the end of the video the elevators were in good working order...... now I have added a lightly pull test to the control surfaces as a preflight check before we go...... you never stop learning (or fixing) things in this hobby......
