Wanted to share a tip,
Instead of adding oil above the water, we can grease the pressure pan with oil first Nd then add the soaked dal Nd water.

This looks absolutely delicious and I know it would be a huge hit in my house. The stuffing, the aloo, the crispiness, the spices, making them just all around yummy. I can tell, though, that making the patties will be much harder than for me. Not impossible, not too much work, but just requires skills I’m still learning to master, like rolling out the dough just the right thickness, using a pressure cooker, stuffing the filling into the patty and making sure they don’t leak filling, and more. But you’ve motivated me to try!
