I love poe, I've played this game for 8 years and there is still amazing build interactions I still need to learn about. What an amazing build. Learned about this build when someone in a reddit thread mentioned an auto bomber with manaforged arrows + replica malonys and was mindblown already than saw poe ninja people running holy relic on top and that blew my mind up even further. Absolutely astonishing build.
Im using a BAMA and manoley mechanism to make it more chill. Im also using fourth vow paty for defense And im using the profane bloom jewels and my clear skyrocket Your build its just too fun to pass up Also very well written guide, build details, gameplay, and even uber tips. running this build this league, about 20-30Div in. it's been glorious since the baseline. basically all jewels/clusters, roughly equivalent, minus the sublime vision, is when i started playing this. only using 82% Adorned. even with the 5% poison tattoo being obscenely expensive, working without them is completely doable. more of a long-term incremental upgrade. so in total, can probably start this build on like 5-10Div around lvl 70-80 and it'll work. i dropped the minion accuracy nodes for the new Maximum All-res nodes added along the path to the west. picked up CB immunity there. changed your CB immunity jewel for a "mana on hit" jewel so i can sustain in "cannot regen" maps. your bow crafting guide is needlessly expensive. as you note, the % attack speed minion mod is pretty meh (like, 4% damage). skip the "prefixed cannot be changed. scour." step and just roll fear essences until your 2 suffixes are 1-2 decent mods. after doing the slam and re-craft of the "cannot roll attack mods" to "+2 support", just slam a third suffix. you can gamble while the "cannot roll attack" mod is still on to slam in a crusader exalt, for a roughly 1 in 4 for either cull or additional projectile. you could also just start with a crusader base and try for those suffixes while rolling the fear essences. currently got a minion damage, +2, +1, cull, bow attacks fire an additional arrow, bow. the additional arrow was a disgusting exalt slam.
Yeah, my crafting guide is for a general minion bow build. I already noted in the video that this build doesn't need minion attack speed and should get other useful modifiers instead.
For offensive spectres, use Spectral Leader and Carnage Chieftain. If you find you're dying too often, consider switching to Perfect Guardian Turtle and Perfect Warlord.

Really loving this build btw. Coming from a HH bow build, it feels nice to be able to loot during instead of after the map. Currently trying to work out which map mods this can't run. So far: - Cannot regen - Reduced flask charges - Less cooldown Anything else that this build can't run?
You can run maps with the "Cannot Regen" mod by using a jewel with mana gain on hit. The "Less Cooldown Recovery" mod is annoying and slows things down, but it's still doable.

For no regen, I'm running a mana on hit jewel, but if there are no mobs for long enough and I forget to stop holding right click, I still run out of mana for tornado shot. Probably a me problem, but still. Flask charges gets solved with Mageblood though lol. As do a lot of things. Do you have a POB for a build in the Mageblood phase? Or a rough idea of what changes that will look like? Awesome guides btw. This was my first time crafting a bow, and it was nice to have my hand held lol.
It's the unique cluster jewel named Voices. It provides 3 jewel sockets (normal cluster jewels only give 2) at the cost of other passive skills giving nothing. This build stacks the Pure Agony notable from medium cluster jewels, which gives about 15% more damage for each additional notable. That's why Voices is the best in slot for this build.
For offensive spectres, use Spectral Leader and Carnage Chieftain. If you find you're dying too often, consider switching to Perfect Guardian Turtle and Perfect Warlord.
so, ive tested the build on my necro and must say: its awesome to play. i reaaly hope it doesnt get nerfed on next leage but i have some comments/questions: -why Blast Rain? im pretty sure fire damage cant poison if not using those unique gloves. Ive replaced it with ~scourge arrow of menace~ and i get a lot of arrows, i guess they are proccing life on hit since im feeling much more tanky. and the added chaos damage can clear normal packs on t16 maps even on a lvl one skill! you should test. if you add the microtransation to it becames a screen cancer pew pew, really fun -why tornado shot on quiver? ive tested: ~~mirror arrow of bombading clones+withering touch+phantasm ~~ rain of arrows, seems lackluster ~~tornado shot of cloudburst, cant say if works or not ~~and others and the last question: can you make a video on how to craft the bow? thanks
Glad that you enjoy the build. The added chaos damage from the two rings can help Blast Rain to poison. I've tested a lot of bow skills, and some, such as Scourge Arrow of Menace, would kill my potato laptop lol. Actually, I think Storm Rain is hitting a lot and fast enough on its own, so any other bow skill is just a bonus, allowing you to use whatever you prefer. I use Tornado Shot when mapping because its off-screen arrows help the Holy Relic clear faster. For tough Uber bosses, I switch to Storm Rain of the Fence or Storm Rain with Greater Multiple Projectiles to reduce the ramp-up time for HoAg. I will make the crafting video when I have free time after work.
This build can definitely be a league starter. Just run through the campaign as a normal Holy Relic or Herald of Agony build. You can switch to this build once you get the Replica Maloney's Mechanism quiver. Before you have enough currency for the bow and rings, I recommend putting Herald of Agony on a Crest of Desire helmet to have a strong Agony crawler and avoid worrying about mana reservation.
Nice build and will try it out along side my current HRC build. Do you suggest a body armor swap depending on content or is it better to run LC all the time and against ubers? Or run BD for all content even though you suggest the BD for ubers? My current HRC build is using malefaction and i get high dps but it like running a glass cannon. Looking for alt for tanky and your build looks great for that.
LC is better against physical damage, so I run LC and Ashes for all content except Uber bosses and some T17 map mods. Only a few abilities of Uber bosses deal physical damage, mostly telegraphed ones like Shaper slam, which are easy to dodge with this build since we are always moving, making LC less useful for these fights. Uber bosses have innate elemental penetration, so raw elemental damage reduction from Eternal Damnation is best for mitigating their hits. BD compensates for the reduced resistances from ED. Additionally, BD is very useful for trivializing critical hits when running maps with extra critical strike chance for monsters.
Adorned is fine for this build, you can still cap minion poison chance by using a 75% Adorned with two 14% minion poison chance jewels and two 15% minion poison chance jewels. This build scales both hits and poison, so the unique Abyss jewel isn't very significant and it is also very expensive.
Yeah, Fourth Vow is definitely good because the comeback of Affliction spectres (maybe free Determination aura), but remember not to use Eldritch Battery as spending ES will not trigger Manaforged Arrows.
@@tangwh2011 Yes, the turtle used to provide the Determination aura and 5% Physical Damage Reduction, the Naval Officer gives +10 Fortification, the Forest Tiger gives the Haste aura, and the Pain Artist gives +30 critical strike multiplier. Not sure how severely GGG will nerf them though.

How to improve this build in endgame other than mageblade with progenesis? Wich mods we should avoid with this build? I think something like this "!coo|o al|ask|gen". No regen, Less cooldown, Reduced flask charges, Max resistances.
Something like a Voices with 3 passives, a synthesis bow with +1 to the level of socketed gems, and a higher roll on the Adorned. No regen is manageable with a mana gain on hit jewel (though still annoying), and reduced flask charges can be handled with Mageblood.
The tattoos are meant to boost the chance to poison with bow attacks, not to increase your minions' chance to poison. You need the poison to generate Virulence stacks for Herald of Agony
Thank you. In my opinion, unless they nerf Replica Maloney's Mechanism, this build will continue to perform well next league. The only quite strong and popular mechanic in this build is the Holy Relic of Conviction, but I think GGG will nerf it indirectly by gutting Lancing Steel of Spraying, which is really strong right now. Even if the Holy Relic of Conviction is directly nerfed, this build will only be slightly affected since a large part of our damage comes from Herald of Agony. I also tried this build without the Holy Relic of Conviction, and it’s still quite viable, just with less clear speed and longer ramp-up time for single target damage.

It now has 260% Effectiveness of Base and Added Damage at gem level 1 (previously 160%), scaling up to 360% at gem level 20 (previously 220%). Now has a Mana cost of 9 at gem level 1 (previously 8), scaling up to 13 at gem level 20 (previously 10)." Thats a nice buff ya? but how much does the added physical dmg at all gem levels affect it?
@@wrekt2526 Actually, it is a slight nerf for builds like Lancing Steel CoC or Lancing Steel Holy Relic of Conviction because the mana cost of Lancing Steel Spraying will be increased. These builds don't use Lancing Steel Spraying as their main damage skill, so the buff to damage effectiveness doesn't affect them.
Yeah, you can just hold down the CF button, or there are third-party software options that can help with that. However, using third-party software comes with the risk of being banned (though one of my friends used it for a while without issues).
It's not fully automatic anymore since you can't put instant skills on left click. Right now, you must hold down the Corrupting Fever (CF) button or use a third-party program. CF is an instant skill, so it's still very comfortable to play. CF triggers a bow skill from the quiver, which then triggers other Manaforged bow skills. Finally, these bow skills trigger spells from Holy Relic and Herald of Agony.
Carnage chieftain for Frenzy charges and spectral leader for action speed aura. This league you can also use the perfect guardian turtle for physical mitigation

The only thing I can think of is the Automation link somehow triggers the Quiver then the Quiver triggers the Bow and Chest links and the Chest links have lifetap so that triggers the C Blood. But I am confused as well
Autocasting Corrupting Fever will not trigger the quiver; you will need to hold down the Corrupting Fever button. It's an instant skill, so casting it will not prevent you from doing other things such as moving or casting Flame Dash. This build was actually an autobomber before this league, as you could put instant skills on left click. Now, I guess it’s a semi-autobomber, lol.
@@A-A-Ron1984 Yes, just keep holding the Corrupting Blood button and run through maps. You don't need to stop to cast or aim, as the triggers will automatically target monsters.

@@BlackCatXIII Just follow any witch leveling guide and you'll be good to go. Personally, I would use SRS until level 12, then switch to Absolution. Blast through the campaign and farm for currency to get a Replica Maloney's Mechanism for this build. It is best to switch to this build when you have the quiver and a 6-link. Before you can get your hands on the Holy Relic of Conviction, using the normal Holy Relic gem is still okay
That is a synthesis implicit modifier. You can use a Vivid Vulture harvest beastcraft to reroll one synthesis implicit on a synthesized item until you get the one you want. However, this process requires luck and can be quite expensive. I recommend buying one from the market and then crafting the bow yourself. The base bow is really cheap, costing only a few dozen chaos.
@@hieplee7479 Yeah, this league is pretty dead by now; it's really hard and expensive to buy items. That jewel is not mandatory-it just makes you tankier. You can replace it with a corrupted magic jewel that has increased life and possibly a minion damage modifier.
Maybe you need to get a better roll on the mana reservation for Herald of Agony from the rings. If this doesn't help, you can take some points out of the minion life cluster and allocate them to the Reservation cluster near Chaos Inoculation.
@@Aiworkhome This build scales its damage heavily from gem levels and quality, so obtaining level 21 gems, high-level Empower Support, and Enhance Support is a significant upgrade for this build.
Nice build, sadly it lacks dmg Dps are getting lower and lower with each league, now a mageblood build not breaking 20m dps. Inverse powercreep is strong
Not really, this build has enough damage to handle all content with an investment of around 50 divine orbs. With Mageblood, this build should reach around 50M DPS. As I mentioned in the description, the number on PoB is not precise because I didn't include the AG's gear and configure for Holy Relics' damage (the damage of Holy Relic of Conviction is much higher than what is shown on PoB). If I wanted more damage, I could definitely sacrifice some defenses, but I prefer an all-rounder build over a glass cannon build.

I suggest using Darkness belt for poison cap + unique abyss jewel for more poison damage

is there a reason you are running poison tattoos, don't you get capped without them on convictiona nd herald?
The tattoos are meant to boost the chance to poison with bow attacks, not to increase your minions' chance to poison. You need the poison to generate Virulence stacks for Herald of Agony
its worth put an amanamu's in that build, or the damage multiplier isn't good with herald of agony ?
This build scales both minion hits and poison, so Amanamu is not worth using.

Yeah, they removed that modifier. You can use the one with +chaos resistance while affected by Purity of Element instead.

The only quite strong and popular mechanic in this build is the Holy Relic of Conviction, but I think GGG will nerf it indirectly by gutting Lancing Steel of Spraying, which is really strong right now. Even if the Holy Relic of Conviction is directly nerfed, this build will only be slightly affected since a large part of our damage comes from Herald of Agony. I also tried this build without the Holy Relic of Conviction, and it’s still quite viable, just with less clear speed and longer ramp-up time for single target damage.

@@GreatTeacher-Windy No nerfs that I can see to holy relic, and lancing steel of spraying got buffed "Lancing Steel of Spraying: No longer has Added Attack Physical Damage at all gem levels. It now has 260% Effectiveness of Base and Added Damage at gem level 1 (previously 160%), scaling up to 360% at gem level 20 (previously 220%). Now has a Mana cost of 9 at gem level 1 (previously 8), scaling up to 13 at gem level 20 (previously 10)." Thats a nice buff ya? but how much does the added physical dmg at all gem levels affect it?
@@wrekt2526 Actually, it is a slight nerf for builds like Lancing Steel CoC or Lancing Steel Holy Relic of Conviction because the mana cost of Lancing Steel Spraying will be increased. These builds don't use Lancing Steel Spraying as their main damage skill, so the buff to damage effectiveness doesn't affect them.
how do you auto trigger CF? are you holding down space bar?
Yeah, you can just hold down the CF button, or there are third-party software options that can help with that. However, using third-party software comes with the risk of being banned (though one of my friends used it for a while without issues).

It's not fully automatic anymore since you can't put instant skills on left click. Right now, you must hold down the Corrupting Fever (CF) button or use a third-party program. CF is an instant skill, so it's still very comfortable to play. CF triggers a bow skill from the quiver, which then triggers other Manaforged bow skills. Finally, these bow skills trigger spells from Holy Relic and Herald of Agony.

been playing it for a while now and i love the build. Anyone knows what spectres to use? never used that before :P
For offensive spectres, use Spectral Leader and Carnage Chieftain. If you find you're dying too often, consider switching to Perfect Guardian Turtle and Perfect Warlord.

I think I missed something, how are you autocasting the corrupting fever
The only thing I can think of is the Automation link somehow triggers the Quiver then the Quiver triggers the Bow and Chest links and the Chest links have lifetap so that triggers the C Blood. But I am confused as well
Autocasting Corrupting Fever will not trigger the quiver; you will need to hold down the Corrupting Fever button. It's an instant skill, so casting it will not prevent you from doing other things such as moving or casting Flame Dash. This build was actually an autobomber before this league, as you could put instant skills on left click. Now, I guess it’s a semi-autobomber, lol.

@@BlackCatXIII Just follow any witch leveling guide and you'll be good to go. Personally, I would use SRS until level 12, then switch to Absolution. Blast through the campaign and farm for currency to get a Replica Maloney's Mechanism for this build. It is best to switch to this build when you have the quiver and a 6-link. Before you can get your hands on the Holy Relic of Conviction, using the normal Holy Relic gem is still okay

How can i make a bow with implicit Mininos deal % damage ?
That is a synthesis implicit modifier. You can use a Vivid Vulture harvest beastcraft to reroll one synthesis implicit on a synthesized item until you get the one you want. However, this process requires luck and can be quite expensive. I recommend buying one from the market and then crafting the bow yourself. The base bow is really cheap, costing only a few dozen chaos.

@@hieplee7479 Yeah, this league is pretty dead by now; it's really hard and expensive to buy items. That jewel is not mandatory-it just makes you tankier. You can replace it with a corrupted magic jewel that has increased life and possibly a minion damage modifier.

Why am I lacking mana?
Maybe you need to get a better roll on the mana reservation for Herald of Agony from the rings. If this doesn't help, you can take some points out of the minion life cluster and allocate them to the Reservation cluster near Chaos Inoculation.

Dps are getting lower and lower with each league, now a mageblood build not breaking 20m dps. Inverse powercreep is strong
Not really, this build has enough damage to handle all content with an investment of around 50 divine orbs. With Mageblood, this build should reach around 50M DPS. As I mentioned in the description, the number on PoB is not precise because I didn't include the AG's gear and configure for Holy Relics' damage (the damage of Holy Relic of Conviction is much higher than what is shown on PoB). If I wanted more damage, I could definitely sacrifice some defenses, but I prefer an all-rounder build over a glass cannon build.
