@@its1110 Just like Greg, I too am not a huge fan of the White Russian. I went out of my way to find Mr. Black and it was worth it, stuff is so good. I made your coffee old fashioned with it, it was incredible. I'll be making one tonight and lighting a nice Churchill to complement it.
For what it's worth I picked up a bottle of Mr. Black after seeing it on this show, and now it's a permanent fixture in my home bar. It's significantly less sweet and more coffee-ee than Kahlua, which makes a White Russian taste less like a melted milkshake and more like an actual cocktail. It's good stuff.

5 parts Mr. Black’s Chocolate Liquer + 1 part Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao is the cocktail version of the classic AHHHHRANGE & chocolate after dinner stick candy. Ice is blasphemy. The curaçao brings out so much of the chocolate notes in the DIVINE Mr. Black’s. Can’t even imagine adding genuine gelato to the mix. Ahhhrange cream chocolate candy sticks?! The Affogato with Mr Black makes me want to mention another variation. Vanilla ice cream (or better, gelato) with Patron XO Cafe - a coffee-infused Tequila. Called an Affogave at the restaurant (Puccini and Pinetti, SF) where I had it.
I don't have chocolate bitters, so I used orange in the affogato cocktail, and I gotta say it's delicious! I don't think I'd like it as much with less orange and more chocolate
I don't know how I missed this episode. I don't know if you'll ever read this, but I just made your Iron Nightcap and it's awesome! You're a genius and, when I make this for my friends, I'll call it, "Greg's Iron Nightcap".

Don't doubt the cherry garnish on the affogato! I do a drink I call a "Depression Cherry" with whiskey, coffee liqueur and cherry liqueur (adjust proportions depending on how sweet your liqueurs are, might want to cut them back), and if I'm allowed to compliment myself its pretty tasty.
So I could not get Mr. Black because I'm in Canada - but I did make a variation of this Christmas themed and it was one of my best cocktails: - 1.5 oz Kamora Coffee Liquor, 1 scoop of Earnest Rum & Eggnog ice cream (Vancouverites, you know where it's at), cinnamon on the top.
Tried the second one with Cognac, modified it slightly though: Went with kraken rum instead of Cognac, and fees chocolate bitters instead of angostura. Had a bitter punch at the start which translated into a really nice sweetness by the end!
