isn't power in a circuit just current * voltage ? (the current isn't squared)

P = IV is the same as P = I^2R because V = IR. so P = I*IR = I^2R

ed yeah, I wasn't talking about resistance. In the video it said power = current^2 * voltage but it would be current *voltage.

i think thats when you dont know the voltage and only know the current and resistance. i dont think that equation is required for many exam boards so idrk

Depends on ur exam board - mine says it's power = current x voltage x

Final velocity^2 - Starting velocity^2 = 2 * acceleration * distance
It's the combination of:
Acceleration = (Final velocity - Starting velocity) / time
AND
Distance = 0.5 * (Final velocity + Starting velocity) * time
