But at the end of the day it is the talent & hardwork of the idols which make them shine. Some idols have this insane talent & aura that helps them stand out. So, the companies just needs to help them a little. Being in a trainee for a year won't make you insanely talented. Jaehyun is naturally talented. Even if he was trainee at any other company he'd still shine. Moreover ALL THE BOY GROUPS under hybe are insanely talented. You can take ANY group as an example.
