আমার ২১৩১printerএ কিছুটা কাগজ টানার পর ঘরঘর শব্দ হচ্ছে ও কাগজ আটকে যায় ওresume button লাল আলো জ্বলে পরে ঐ button দাবালে কাগজ টা কে বিপরীত দিকে টানতে থাকে। পরে cancel button মারলে কাগজ বেরোতে শুরু করে। কি প্রবলেম বুঝতে পারছি না।দয়া করে সমাধান জানাবেন।
