Classic look FTW but new led lights are so much better 👍👍
yea I will defo be putting the classic lights on when out and about during the day :) - glad you enjoyed the video
Is it better to look good than to feel good?
Function over form?
LEDs. The problem with LEDs is the price. Good ones are expensive.
Duel, one of Steven Spielberg best movies.
Yep there is no way I can afford the top tier LED lights - a good compromise would be a set of 4 Stedi 7 inch round LED spotlights - that would look cool and light up the world but but our budget defo won't reach that - yea I watched Duel over and over when I was a nipper - loved it - glad you enjoyed the video
love the headlights, mate!!

Cheers , yea Alfie is the star of the show 😍
A cat is always the wrong side of a closed door!! 🤣🤪
Ha ha , that comment genuinely made Katrin and myself laugh out loud 🤣 🤣🤣 glad you enjoyed the video
In my (admittedly limited) experience, aim and focus/spread are much more important than total brightness. Surprised you had so much trouble with the halogens. I remember those being very good when set up right, but I always opted for a floodlight pattern rather than a spotlightn as cornering visibility was more important on a really tight road. I suspect part of the problem is the attachment method - a grille isn't really as rigid as ideal when you're bumping around, especially for comparatively heavy halogens, and I noticed they appeared to be pointing too low - possibly because the grille flexed from the weight after driving over a couple of bumps. I would suggest a couple of small but rigid brackets mounted to the bumper mounts or even the subframe bolts for stability...then a flat piece of angle iron that you can bolt onto them, with all the lights already attached and aimed, so you don't have to guess and tweak during a rush installation at dusk. Two bolts and one connector and you're done, and barring nudging a chicane or two with the mounting bracket (sorry, I couldn't resist!), the lights should always maintain their aim.
Thank you, yes I am sure if I set those lamps up right and as you say go for floods rather than spots they would be fine. It’s something I need to spend some time on. Glad you enjoyed the video
If you can hear the horn on the car behind, then move over, otherwise ignore it. 👍🏼
Great philosophy, thank you, glad you enjoyed the video
