Preston, when I had plantar fasciitis a few years back, I looked up something called airrosti. I did two sessions and I was completely cured. My wife injured her hip while working out with Camp Gladiator and she too went to airrosti and had amazing results she's had to do a few more sessions than I had but it's definitely working out for her. I would recommend for your neck issue to at least look into it and see what they can do. And the cost for each session is very reasonable especially if you got insurance that covers it. good luck with the gym! You and Nick are an inspiration to a lot of us who are looking to try and get back into working out. I live in San Antonio but I'm from Austin. I wish I lived around there I would definitely come check ya'll out!

Going to quit in the next couple months to enlist in the military. Appreciate you sharing your story bro.
I took a whole week off before I started prep. It was hard for me to do but I'm so glad I did it. Definitely felt so much fresher starting my contest prep. Sounds like you could really benefit from it as well with your neck issue.

Good for you taking a risk like that! I have a degree in Political Science and a second degree in Management IT. I currently work in a functional IT role that works with purchasing and supply chain. It definitely is a HOT major right now (supply chain), but it isn't for everyone to work in the corporate world. You definitely have to put in the WORK to make it big. I sometimes wonder "what if" I do something different, but I never can pinpoint what. Good thing though I LOVE my job and company, but I still think in the future I want to work on my own terms at some point. Keep these videos coming! It is great seeing people my age taking risks like this :)

Dude if you have a stinger in your neck go to a sports chiropractor! I got smacked in foot ball in highschool and had that pain and tingling from my neck down to my thumb and first finger for months until my friend convinced me to go to his chiropractor. Cracked me up and i've been good since!
My 2013 Double Cab Tundra is for sale. It has 37k miles and I only want to sell it because I work downtown and live in Round Rock. Not the best commuter vehicle. Asking $24k for it.

you should probably get that pinched nerve checked out to make sure one of your cervical disks in your neck isn't out of align my mom had pain down her neck into her arms and she had to get surgery after it got really bad she couldn't move anything and now she has a rod in her neck and it's a risky surgery
The gym business seems sketch at best. Seems they come and go pretty quickly. I hope you guys have other ventures. I hope Nick stays in the Army and makes a career out of it. He cannot not succeed as an officer. Kids a stud

yeah I've heard surgery is a bit of a risk, going to rest it up for awhile and see if that helps and then possibly get it checked out
