      Naka depende po yan per company kaya hindi possible na gumawa ng video na ganun. Or kung gagawa man yong audience noon more or less yong mga HR or business owners

    hello sir question lang po, what if pumasok po ako the day before ng regular holiday and kinabukasan sa mismong araw ng regular holiday ay naka leave ako with pay, entitled po ba ako makatanggap ng double pay? Thanks in advance po.

    sir example. April 6 is regular holiday tapos day off ko . hindi ako aka pasok. may matatanggap po ba ako sa araw na yan na 100%?

    Sir, employee ako sa isang 24 hour convenience store, 2 kming all around cashier, pang daytime ung duty ko , 11 hours duty, 300 ung sahod ko, no benefits, no 13th month pay , almost 4 years na ako dito....ganun pa rin ung sahod ko, entitled po ba ako sa 13th month pay..sa Eastern Samar po location ko

    Sir paano po pag ang restaurant po ay nag renovate tpos po mga halos 2 months po syang close ang mga tauhan po ba ng restaurant ay babayadan ng restaurant kahit po under renovation ito at wla silang work in two months?

      Wala pong ganung rules. No work, no pay pag ganyan unless nalang kung pumayag na pwede nyo gamitin ang incentive leave nyo.

    Is it posible na gawing provincial rate ka in employer dahil ililipat ka nila ng provincial branch kahit ang contract mo is manila rate dahil sa ncr ka nagstart?

      Report mo na po sa DOLE bakit ka pati nah tiis ng 15 years ng walang benefits? Sayang SSS, PagIbig at Philhealth mo. 🥲

    Hinge po kami tolong security guard po kami ng vertan security agency kami po ay wlang mga binipisyo at hndi sapat ang pinapasahod sa amin,kami po ay nka duty ng 12hours sa halagang 366 pesos per day

    Hi Sir tanong lang po. i am a contractual employee po sa isang agencya and i signed a contract na hanggang december 2025 po ako. then the company i am deployed to wants me to be their regular employee. pano po kaya magiging process ng ganon and ano po mangyayari sa contract ko with my current agency?

      Depende po sa contract ng company mo sa agency. Meron kase agency na once nag absorb yong employee ng company need pa nila mag bayad sa agency. Tapos new contract sa company na mag aabsorb

      Unfortunately, management prerogative yang increase. Why stay ng 13 years kung ganyan naman? Not worth it, sayang lang oras mo dyan.

    Hello sir. 8 hours lang po diba ang minimum hours paano po kung 11 hours yung trabaho? Considered as over time na po ba yung 3 hours?

      8 hours plus 1 hour break, so kung 11 hours 2 hours OT.

    Good afternoon po sir, ask ko lang po Na hire po ako around November 2022 nag start ang work ko dec 26 po ngayon November 20 po nagbigay na nang for renew contract ang amo ko ibig sabihin po ba sir neto tapos na ang 1yr ko eligible napo ba ako tumanggap nang end year bonus khit dpa ako umabot sa December 26 2023? ksi balak ko dina mag renew kaso natatakot ako bka pag mamaya dipa umabot nang dec 26 di nila ibigay ang bonus ko.

      Pro-rated 13th month pay, unused incentive leave, kung meron kang sahod na nahold, and tax return if meron.

    Sir pano po kung mataas sa minimum wage yung sahod mo, pero kasama na dun yung general increse ni company, mag compute ba sila sa unang offer nila which is mababa sa minimum wage, or yun na yun yung sahod namen na mataas sa minimum na may kasamang increase ni company ?       Sa batas kase as long as minimum wage yong bigay wala sila violation management prerogative na if magkakaroon ng wage distortion.

    panu po kong kalahate lang ang 13 monthpay ang binibigay samanin dito sa tacloban at isa lang ang benifit namin sss lang mag 4years na ako dito wala kaming holiday dito no work no pey kami

    Tanong po... 570 ang minimum.. pero ang ginawa sa amin 560 rate + 10 cola = 570 daw.. tama ba ito?

      Hindi ka man lang po ba binigyan ng twin notice? Una notice to explain para makapag paliwanag at notice of decision kung ikaw ay terminated dahil sa nalabag mong company policy?

    Sir ask kulang bakit wala amin job order ako sa bayugan Water district mindanao.wala fin kami 13th mo bbunos bawat taon ay pumuputi lang ang mga mata ng mga job. Order kawawa kami .wala din sss benipisyo. Saklolo po sir ! 7 years ako gumagawA ngayon fi na ako reninyo ng agency. Mayhabul pa ba ako sir!     Sir hindi ko po nakuha yung 13 month pay ko. Tapos napo ako nag pa clearance at hindi sinabay sa aking Final pay. Plano namin mag file ng complaint sa DOLE about this matter, my company is private and already gave the 13 month to the active employees but not those who are terminated or dismissed. No matter how much I reach out to the OM, hindi po siya nag rereply. At meron pong track record for Non-remittance for SSS, Pag-ibig, etc. I was dismissed on Nov. and should be eligible for 13 month. Tama po ba aking decision sir?

      Naka depende po yan sa company policy nyo. Wala naman standard na ganito lang dapat i leave per month sa DOLE as long as nag babayad sila ng minimum na 5 days incentive leave wala sila violation.

    Sir isa po akong sales associate plan na po ako tanggalin nang employer ko dahil maliit po naging benta ko nang april binigyan nila ko nang challange para di tanggalin if maka 200k daw po ako within 15 days continues daw po ako pero paghindi po hanggang 31 nalang po ako pumasok po ako kinabukasan non tapos nag ka argument po kami nang kasama ko so i decided na umuwi without permission to my boss dahil diko po kayang dumuty non sa sobrang sama po nang loob ko ,pricey din po kasi yung binebenta namin kaya mahirap din po ibenta pero nung nag start po ako hanggang 2months malaki naging sale ko pero yung isang buwan na maliit sale ko yun po yung pinagbasehan nila para tanggalin po ako kahit dipa po tapos contract ko na pinirmahan ang saakin po is anu po ba laban ko po don ina po ako na kailangan nang trabaho pero ganun po sila nung nagsimula po ako hanggang tanggalin po nila ko dipp nila hinuhulugan mga benefits ko po anu po kaya pwede ko pong gawin 😢?

    Sir karapatan ba ng empleyado kung kailan niya gusto kukunin yung leave with pay or si employer/company. Kasi yung nangyari sa kasama ko nag absent siya tapus pag balik niya pina pa file siya ng leave with pay.. Peru ayaw niya pa sanang e avail yung leave with pay.pinipilit siya na mag file ng leave with pay pwede ba yon!

    Ask ko lang po sir,kapag po ba na terminate ka as government employee,may makukuha din po bang separation pay kahit hndi umabot ng 3 years ??

      Pag na terminate ka po dahil kasalanan mo wala kanag makukuhang separation pay. Makukuha mo lang yong na hold na salary mo, pro rated 13th month and incentive leave if meron.

    Sir tanong ko lang po. May nangyari po kasi na issue sa workplace po namin. Then as per boss wag muna daw ako mag duty while under investigation pa po ang issue same daw din nung nka issue ko di po daw din nila pina trabaho. Pero pagka 2days nung nag start ang issue nalaman ko na pina duty siya then ako nka leave sa lahat ng schedule amd no proper notice po. Yung nka issue ko po is don po nakatira sa amo ko. Nagiging bias po ang trato eh. Kaya feel ko na something wrong na nag file nalang ako ng resignation letter as the same time 2yrs na ako pero ang benefits ko wala padin hulog. Nahulogan pero I thing this march 2023 lng na pay nila. Na hired ako 2021 july po.

      If wala ka po benefits like sss, pag-ibig Philhealth, 13th month pay, and incentive leave pwede ka mag file ng complain sa DOLE.

    About Holiday Pay po:
    Example: Holiday is Feb. 24
    What if nag work ako nang Feb.23 pero I had an undertime for 2 hours po.. Shall I be entitled to receive holiday for 24th of Feb?

    Ang labo mo nag trabaho dito sa mjs construction and supply 5years nako may matatangap ba ako dhl 61nako ang trabaho ko ay care taker kusinero hardinero carpentero ano sa palagay mo pero ilang taon nko dito sala akung sss wala akung medical ano ang laban ko
