      HI Marie, I always have been enjoying your videos on Korea neighbourhoods as I am researching for my Korea trip but I want to highlight to you that you may want to reduce on the speed-up footage of the walking part because those have been causing me motion sickness after watching them.
      I love that you can point out some landmarks instead so that we can find the places you recommend but just want to suggest that you reduce those walking footages... Thank you!

    My fav TH-camr! I really enjoy your videos ;). Your biggest fan! I like coffee shops that offer specialty signature coffee. I’m tired of the Starbucks and other big companies.

      Me too! But I still go to Starbucks to look at the cool mugs. Thanks for supporting me since the early days ❤️ I appreciate it!!

    Thanks for posting this video, very informative for coffee drinkers.
    Whenever I'm in Seoul and order a cup of coffee at a cafe, the barista always tries to give me an Americano instead. It's not the same! LOL

    • @MariesKawaiiWorld
      @MariesKawaiiWorld  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the Bean Brothers person said that Americano is the most popular drink in Korea. They do that to me too!

    Very cool spots you showed us. I enjoy a good cup of coffee, and I love learning of the various ones out there. In my town, we have a little spot that opened and now they are expanding cuz they really take the time with their beans and roasting, so I'm pleased to see more authentic shops opening. A Dunkin Donuts coffee is always a treat, but sometimes you gotta get a really good cup to keep you going through the day. Keep up the fun, Marie. And almost at that 50K subs. :D God bless yours and you! :)

      That’s great that you have a good spot to get coffee! Thank you Melissa, you’ve been with me since the early days!! I can’t believe I’m almost at 50k😀. Thanks so much for your support !

    Hi Marie, I am LOVING your videos! I'm going to Korea in a few months and all your tips and suggestions are so helpful! Thank you sooooo much! Have you made a video about winter in Korea? I'm going to be there in January, so I'm a bit worried about how limiting the weather will be. I'm from Australia and it will be my first trip there.

    I figure all the coffee shops, cafes, chains and such in Korea would over saturate the market. Me, I wouldn't know where to begin 😆. I would be like: "Frak this, where is the nearest Dunkin Donuts." 🍩🤣
    I remember back when I was a teenager my family visited Korea. It was during the first wave of coffee and I remember my mom packing the suitcases with coffee. Mostly instant. So I was wondering as I was watching my mom stuffing the suitcases with all that coffee, man, this won't look suspicious to the Korean customs agents looking through our bags!!! LOL!!! Nah. 🤣😂😆
    And what is your preferred brewing method at home? Is it that slow drip method? I should get one of those French press thingies one day.

    • @MariesKawaiiWorld
      @MariesKawaiiWorld  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha so funny 😂. I use the pour over coffee method. My brother gifted me with a Kalita wave set for my birthday and I’ve been using it ever since. I even got a scale and a special kettle to weigh the coffee and have the water at the right temperature.

      Wow! You’re the second person to ask me this!! I do drink boba and I’ve tried lots of places but my favorite is Tiger Sugar. Everyone tries to do the black sugar thing but they are the best. For the ordinary royal milk tea I usually go to Gong cha. I’ll try to make a video.
