Thanks, Larry, for adding another hero to our platoon. Thank you, Richard, for making it home. Your years of dedication are seldom surpassed. We are forever grateful.
Thank you Michael, glad you caught this new release. As I prepared Richard's story my heart was deeply touched. His generation is a dying breed. When I started my work 21 1/2 years ago in Arizona, 1500 WWII Veterans were dying every day in this country. Today there are very few left. In 20 years who will even tell the Vietnam story?

It is our wish that others will continue to step up and form their own platoon of heroes, as Darlene and I have. The blessings received are greater than the commitment shared. Hopefully these stories are enjoyed and shared through time.
Wow another tri-war veteran. What history have these brave men have seen. Thank you for a glimpse in this heroes story. Thank you LTC Michaud for you long service and sacrifices for our country. Thank you for being an author and storyteller for generations to come.

My evening just got better; thanks Larry. You are a blessing your work is appreciated and amazing.
You are very welcome Alvin. It is an honor to meet these amazing men and women of our armed forces. Richard comes from a time that my heart longs for.
@@VoicesofHistoryAmen to that. The world (America) has become a completely different place than what we grew up in. Another reason why it’s so important to preserve the past the way that your doing ❤️🇺🇸
Great old Gent .. sharp as a tack great interview Larry !
Amazing service to your country - thanks!!
Fantastic interview. What an honor to have been able to experience it.
Thank you Jay, always great hearing from you.
Wow, look at that hardware, and he is so humble about it . What an amazing person .🇺🇸
Very impressive shadow box Rita.
I dont recall if I ever worked on any of the A1 s that you flew, but I sure worked as a Skyraider Crew Chief with the 6th SOS at Pleiku in 1969 and later at NKP. You guys were truly Heroes. Flying almost every day through the Mu Ghia Pass was a nerve recking experience that only a few can recount. Hope you are still in good health. Thanks for your service and courage. Juan

20:31 Unreal, hearing that Lt. Col. Michaud is a Utah State alumnus, while being a current USU student myself, waiting for the USU Campus Shuttle to arrive.
Thank you for your service Lt. Col. Michaud!
Thanks Sean.
The MAC-V-SOG Green Berets running missions “across the fence” LOVED the A-1 Skyraider pilots
I am glad that God watched over Col. Michaud over the three wars he served through. God bless you, Sir.
I also was at nkp at that Tim as crewchief on skyraiders. Remember boxer 22. Dec 5 6 7 of 1969. Was on fliteline for 3 days turning around A-1 s to get back in the rescue. Zorro squadron. We lost Danielson but picked up woody. I was 20 as a crewchief.
Thank you Larry!! By any chance was this vet a school teacher in the los Angeles area in the early 80s???
Thanks for watching Roy. I will have to ask him if he was a schoolteacher but I don't think so.
Ha ha! “The only thing Biden does well is a salute!” Boy…. amen to that.
