味道應該不會好，醃料錯了，泡麵磨不夠細，口感肯定又硬又傷嘴。火雞肉很硬，要用來油炸，要先拍過，再用果醋醃一晚，炸之前要用刀切到骨頭，用小火慢炸二次，每次間隔放置10分鐘以上，最後大火油炸一下，才會外酥內嫩。
