Claudia Brucken, an International Treasure that too many people still haven't discovered. She and Paul Humphries, always a visionary for New Music, New Sound, began collaborating in 1996. In 2000, they started writing material together under the name OneTwo. In 2004, they issued their recorded debut, an extended CD single called Item. Of the 5 featured tracks, 1. Sister, the first song you hear, is reworked on track 5 as One And Only (Sister). Track 3, Element Of Truth, exists only on this single. From the same CD EP, track 2, Cloud 9 and track 4, Signals receive more ethereal, otherworldly, atmospheric treatments from the later versions heard on Instead, their premier album from 2007. Also in 2007, a second single, Cloud Nine, was issued on CD with different versions of 3 album tracks, and Cloud Nine is presented as it appears on the album. Regretfully, shortly after Instead was released, Claudia and Paul's relationship went through a change. They separated as partners. I do know, even now, Ms. Brucken still holds tremendous respect for Paul Humphries. If you don't know their recorded catalogue, seek it out wherever you can find it.

Claudia Brucken was invited to sing on Wolfgang Flürs Album "Magazin". She agreed but she insisted to sing her part not in Wolfgangs Studio in Düsseldorf. Her performance was recorded in Pauls Studio. So i guess till today, Claudia and Paul are good friends. She also sung the femal vocal parts on OMDs interpretation of Kissing the machine
