You know, I like a lot of electronic genres, techno, prog, deep, break... etc..They all have their beauty. But nothing can bring that simple honest delightful rejoice, that pure happiness with constant goosebumps like this music. I'm in love with it :D Astrix earned his place in my all time hall of fames a loong time ago. Thank you!
@@aviv6499 that "magic" kind of got lost, it´s been 15 years psy hit a wall and everything sounds the same, thousands of tracks just sound exactly the same and very predictable. Same structure, same synth presets, it´s like they all follow the exact same formula and only change a note here and there in the same project and call it a "new track". Back then the tracks had originality, personality and a signature sound. You would listen to a track and kind of know to whom it belonged. There was emphasis on the trance in psyTRANCE, now it´s just a bunch of synth farts drenched in delay and reverb.
@@agauerm maybe take a look at "suomisaundi" Don't know about the current state too much, but if you have never delved to that sub-genre there are definitely gems to be found. Cheers from the country of reindeer and it's spotting.
i remember back in the days that this was sooooo underground music.... what a long way the psy movement have made. i was there from the very beginning , when we made tracks with Impulse Tracker.. we all love you avi :)
yeah i remember the day my dad brought a cd home one day with a mix of all these psytrance songs on it and this song was the one he first showed me and i fell in love with it instantly such good memories
This track still hits. Yes, I am genX and it reminds me a lot of good things happend in the past and recent killer/dark/nightpsy is not my fav, but it's not the point. If you have ever read the book of Foundation from Asimov... it really triggers.
