I lived in Sherrill NY until halfway through 10th grade at VVS when my family moved to Northern California. Back then we considered Oneida the big city. My brothers and I used to play at the Mansion House and the junkyard for the silversmith factory. I have fond memories of little Sherrill but to be honest I prefer Northern California because I am an avid hiker and we have many hiking trails here and of course my favorite team the 49ers although the Bills is my second favorite.
I live in Oneida, TN. Our town was named for Oneida, NY. When they were building the railroad through here some of the workers from up there said the area reminded them of home, so they named our town Oneida.

I never knew there was. Oneida TN. That’s a pretty cool story.
Miss so much
I was born in Oneida on April 22nd, 2003. My first home can be seen at 2:35. It's the white one to the right next to the brick house.
Nice video...

I lived in oneida 15 years ago or so. It's still a dump. What happened? Wasn't the oneida hotel supposed to be torn down years ago?

You know you're in a NY state small town by the pitted and pot holed streets, and empty store fronts.
