Man imagine if Raids game design team cared as much as their advertising team.
Man imagine if not everyone thought something should be just the way they want it to be.
Well technically there designers are the one who is building these videos.. Layouts.. They are good it it..
Raid game design is made to get income and it works. The unfriendly game design found in many parts of the game is made like that not by a mistake, but on purpose, so people chose to spend their money instead of running through some of the parts of the game. The game is partially designed to not be played and people really feel like it worth to pay to skip some parts of the game. No one can pull this sort of thing off while getting an income of over $20m per month without caring.

I don't see Armiger ever getting a Legendary upgrade. Death Knight got one because he is literally the face of the franchise, and the fanbase demanded it repeatedly for three years.
I hope he has a move where he flexes and the arrows go shooting out of him as an AoE attack.
