Let me just put this in here:
I accidentally clicked this after listening to another meditation music. I was feeling an anxiety attack coming, and so I was just trying to calm myself. The previous one was an hour-long, and I decided to pull out some random cards from random oracle decks in the middle of listening. As soon as this played, I pulled the Goddess Lakshmi card from my Goddess Oracle, and it reminded me of a "princess-like" figure that I saw in one of my dreams; in that dream, she was leading me to a path going somewhere. Upon remembering it all of a sudden, I don't know how to put the way I felt in words: At ease, calm, safe- these words are the closest, but they don't seem to be expressing it enough. Perhaps it was a spirit guide trying to connect with me. Perhaps it was just a normal dream or memory. Who knows? All I know is that as of this moment, I feel at peace with myself. I hope you do, too. ♥

I went to sleep with something bothering me and it effected my dreams. I woke up Sunday morning at 6am angry as hell, very pissed. Put this on and went back to sleep for exactly 3 hours to wake up feeling great. What had been bothering me suddenly seemed uneventful.

Same here, most times. The meditation still goes to the subconscious mind, That is where it all takes place. In my mind, the music loosens and uproots the weeds and replaces with Love and positive energy. Best wishes to you
isn't that the point? I can fall asleep to this for 5mins instead of the 50mins that I usually need to fall asleep
When I listen before bed I feel vibrations through my body. Breath I’m and out slow. Think. Feel tingly sensations through your finger tips then move it to your whole body. Then I drift off to sleep once my whole body feels like it’s either floating or all under a relaxing sensation!
