I looked up to see what other instruments he wrote for apart from this and the only piece I know him for, the Trumpet. Do you have any recordings of his sacred music please?
@@engelbertschoormans I did as you suggested and found a recording by Miroslavo Petkov played on the Jagdhorn in E flat Major. Is that the recording to which you referred please? Even if not it has been a real find, thank you.
@@artfuldodger4850 I consider you have to check out the recording with Alec Frank-Gemmill. It is played on a regular F-horn, what gives the actual full sound the natural horn has, instead of an alto horn with a way smaller corpus.

Unfortunately not...
No life and works of the composer! Well, the music has to speak for itself, which it does very well. And I can always look up Neruda in Wikipedia.
You have to look up his very very virtuoso horn concerto. It is so high that it is mostly played on the trumpet.
