Sir on varicella question, there was one option 1. Isolate the case for 6 days after onset of rash give acyclovir and then give VZIG to contacts within 72 hours.

My dear friend,the 4 options were iron tablet given for 8 to 10 week,10 to 12 week ,after 14 week and after 20 week and we can never give iron tablet only for 2 week in pregnancy so only correct option left was after 14 week,please correct me if recall of 4 options are wrong dear

But as I studied today also in obh sir ven less than 10 anemic but at 9 or less value we start investigation s and treatment like .
In normal pt it's from second trimester ad per guidelines but here pt anemic so we have to treat to prevent pt to go to modeior severe anemic state as I feel sir
Sir pt hb 9 gm percent short of 2 gm percent if we give two weeks like 8-10 as per increment of 0.7- 1 gm per week pt can go to normal hb by two weeks sir
In case control we take personal history from disease and non disease ,in retrospective cohort we take no personal past history just collect past work record or written data,and in the question past work record data was collected so it was retrospective cohort dear

Sir they didnt give an option to collect water from a streamline flow instead it was the bottle should be attached to the tap to avoid splashing
