I would do braces again and this time around wear the retainers all the time after braces. my lower teeth shifted within 2 weeks of getting my braces off.

It actually wasn’t too bad since I was numb the whole time! A little soar after the procedure but nothing out of the ordinary and the results were totally worth it 🙌🏼 Love whitening trays!

Man that was a lot of dental work. Did the whitening in the office hurt/discomfort at all? I did the home whitening trays, worked pretty well.
