The Great Battles Curtiss P40 receives it's much anticipated engine upgrade. The Allision V-17190-39 is equipped with new bearings and engine parts that will allow for increased engine time performance and reduces the chance of a disapointing motor failure. Love the gun camera footage at the end. On autumn maps you can get to 362 mph on the deck running the engine at 69 in and 3000 rpm. You get 2 mins of engine timer. On winter maps this thing is crazy. I got it up to 392 mph at 75 in and 3000 rpm. You have 1 min 30 of engine timer at that manifold pressure.

great been waiting for this,have not tried the p-47 update yet,the new spitfire ixc has a desert skin included so I will fly a few missions with that in my desert mod

I heard the P-47 changes are great too, at first glance in the patch notes it just sounds like it effects lift and control characteristics, however it's much more than that, effecting energy retention and speed.

@@callsignnictmere465 it looks like the next game will be Korea based, there was interview with developers and they said there will be new project on new engine. Also they showed F4U and B-29 bomber.
