You can see at the end of the game two kings where placed at black squares so black won if it is white white won and if it is a draw then both kings will be placed at their colour squares at the centre.
I can help. Do you know the keyboard shortcuts for watching vids? Use the space bar to Stop or Play, and the arrow keys to go forward/back 5 seconds at at time. This will allow you to stop the vid & take your time to grasp the situation, then finally stop at the final move or back up to it, and figure out what happened. As it was, when Rapport captured Gukesh' rooks he (Guksh) became a full rook + pawns ahead, so Gukesh offered his hand meaning he resigned - because he was too much material down. Don't let jerks like Sam-rutk bother you, you were very smart to post your question.
This was "time trouble" from the very beginning for Gukesh. He played much slower than Rapport throughout, while not any better. Watch the eval bar being still fairly balanced when Rapport has 2:15 on the clock vs Gukesh's 0:45. Rapport won this game confindently and smoothly.
This hungarian guy is simply fantastic.
The Hungarian dark horse.
One thing I notice every time. Rapport really loves the caro kann
Richard lightning the mood at the start of the game ❤... What a sportsmanship... Why does Richard always get black pieces 😅
hilarious...lol

Rapport is cool, he had a lot of wholesome moments alongside Ding Liren when he was choses as his seconds; he seems like a really good person
