A bathroom without an enclosed shower area is not modern. Every modern bathroom has a bath tub or a glass enclosed shower area. The compound looks good, but if it were my home, I would have put the money into building a more spacious home - 3 good size bedrooms with built in closet area, and 2 modern bathrooms, 1 with a bath tub and the other with a glass enclosed shower area. I would also have an area for a dining table. The kitchen would also have an area for a refrigerator, and I would buy a stove that fits snugly into the space for the stove. The stove that's in the kitchen is too small for the area. Whatever funds are left over after that, I would then use on the outside and make that an ongoing project.
