    Please don't add random easier modifiers that lower loot to realms
    Please don't add another disadvantage to realms while key poppers get to control their modifiers
    The game is already discord-centric as is
    Raid discords don't need ANOTHER advantage over Realms

      If anything they should make realm dungeons have 5% more loot and xp than their key variant. That little incentive would bost the realm popularity up.
      But we know that wont happen cause money money money

      If you got that modifier it would take 15% of your inventory when you kill the boss, because 15 - 0 is -15.

    Just putting this here for when people go to the comments. I'm just the messenger, I too somewhat am a little bit skeptical of this update and also very nervous, the system looks like it could for sure cause a lot of commotion lol. Thanks for watching!

    hopefully they dont put anything in the game that decreases droprates, all it does is discourage participating in content where you get unlucky and it opens with a modifier like that.

    is there any reason to doing a -15% loot dungeon? seems silly to me, just makes me want to skip those dungeons that have it.

      I hope a negative loot bonus dungeon will be easier and faster to complete. So if you want fast exaltations it's better, but for loot, it'd be worse (maybe)
      My hope is that easier = worse loot and harder = better loot, like any good game should be. RotMG doesn't need to be any more RNG grindy than it already is.

      @@XerosOfficial hopefully that's how they go about it. Depending on the modifries, it either increase loot chance it decrease it. Maybe it can be a chance between loot chance, fame and exp

    I think it would be better, if the modifier change loot by themselves
    negative increase loot chance and positive decrease loot chance
    So easier dungeons would drop less
    but dungeons with modifiers that make them harder would have highier loot chance

    Kinda like the realm vids like this, feel like there’s lots of content videos for information like this on other games but content creators quite lacking in general in realm. Nice to see entertaining people like you making vids

    honestly i dont think a 15 or 25% increase in enemy stats is going to be that noticeable outside very endgame dungeons
    modifiers with more unique effects like everyone being perma silenced or enemy spawning lava on death would mix up the game far more

      I get the feeling the initial launch is going to be underwhelming but over time it will become a beloved feature.

    Crawling depths is my least favorite dungeon right now with the danger =/ loot. Imagine how trash a negative CD would be.

      Nah wlab is mine. Mama megamoth jumps erratically and her little butterfly's can easily confuse any melees that get too close. All for gatt and gvit.

      CD is really easy to rush once you know what you're doing. Like, surprisingly easy. You can just walk through empty halls because the spiders take a few seconds to crack open.
      As long as you don't stop moving, you can just keep on going forward until you reach the end, then everyone teleports to you.
      The boss is shit though. It spends way too much time not even visible on your screen which makes trying to figure out where the hell it even is so frustrating. Slow is extremely overpowered and punishes melees way too hard, but thankfully you only gotta hit it a few times then let the more capable classes finish it off.

    I'm kinda excited tbh, like loot bonus is high but the boss hp is bigger or lower...
    So we just need to check like uh oh, sprite but too many -ve effect, now dungeon has rng too Holy cooo

    I just don't see the point. Even a perfect roll of modifiers doesn't really change anything. +15% loot, ok fine but clovers don't feel impactful and I was under the impression that they were 50%. -15% hp and/or def, ok the dungeon is a tiny bit easier but if you don't know the dungeon well enough to do it normally will it really matter in the long run? And if you're unlucky enough to get a bad roll on the realm you have just been clearing for your tomb you're hunting for and you get -15% loot and +15% hp you are just not going to do it and have to go find another one. I actually prefer the funky modifiers like enemy size. It would just be more amusing. Or maybe modifiers that change the enemy pool; for example shatts enemies in lost halls.

      I like the idea of different enemies in dungeons they are not supposed to be in, the shattered halls, lost caverns, or even a pirate den, sound fun as modifiers, but idk how balanced some of these would be, imagine a crusader group appearing out of nowhere in a nest? Or worse, in a parasite?

    Can't wait for key poping to be even more op since they can change their modifiers smh.. Should be a realm only feature that heavily incentivizes you to play in realms again

    Why would I buy a key for a dungeon when it can literally make me get less loot or XP? I would rather have no chance of less loot in exchange for no chance at more loot. Dungeons in the realm are gonna be even harder to find with this system, and when you do find the 1 tomb per realm and it is shitty, what then?
    Probably a better idea is to add individual modifiers to each dunegon, and not make them stat based. Maybe an extra phase like the sprite world has, or something like that.
    Also projectile damage increase, fuck the fuck no.

    I'm hoping not EVERY dungeon is modified. At least have it so you can apply or take them off in some ways (ik there's the key one, but I'm more so talking about the public ones)

    Here's to hoping they add a No Pets modifier so the overpowered Heal/Mheal combo stops overcenteralizing the game.

      It'd do nothing to make heal/mheal pets less desirable, since if you can't use pets at all, then there's no point in having a non heal/mheal pet either.
