Ruda is a fast growing girl, so foods with calcium, protein, carbs, and fats are actually good for her to eat! Of course, not every meal should be pizza and fried chicken, but as you said yourself, you’re just indulging from time to time because it’s fun, and she was wanting it! We don’t HAVE to eat broccoli and eggs all day every day, eating something super delicious like pizza is necessary sometimes. We run on what we eat, but we also need to feed ourselves within the chemicals our brains produce, and boring ourselves with just “healthy” foods doesn’t make our brains very happy.
I really became officially addicted to Ruda did not see a child with her cuteness and beauty. She behaves well and knows how to talk and how to eat in a nice and clean way. The mother and father really raised well.
