India should dearly improve the precision of NAVIC. Europe's and China's precision for civil use is 1 and 10 m while India is 20m. It is even sadder for military use. We already face issue of GPS not "being able to locate us properly(precisely)" then how will NAVIC help the cause?

It isnot that they are doing any favour.It's just that NAVIC gives positions muchfaster than GPS.Say in GPS you get toknow the change in position after sometime but in NAVIC you can see the position change when it is happening.GPS sateelite orbit around the earth.While NAVIC focus is only India , which means more accuracy.
Definitely it is going to boost our made in India policy but still we are dependent on USA and Russia for military equipments.. As in coming days India is going to sign a (TDL)tactical data link with the United States of America for effective joint operation using ships submarine and aircraft will be possible only when interoperability is achieved at the tactical level through this TDL...

ISRO is the best, delivering extra than invested in them... but for military they should facelift the satellites to zoom in till 10cm like china do.. 10 Meter is a lot in dire situations
Proud of ISRO, however public resolution provided by GPS is 5m, whereas India's Navic providing 20m for public and 10 m for military against 10cm of China, which means China is way ahead
