The depreciate so much because they are very badly built using cheap components. The interior is mostly plastic and components from other cars like Peugeot. I lost 48k on mine in 18 months.
I got rid of mine when they said all the body panels would have to be removed as they were misaligned.
@@BongWeasle You lost that? You must have been unlucky or ripped off.Most cars have plastic inside,i had a Merc C200 and that stank of plastic especially smelled on hot days and the build quality was shit especially the interior.

Why they haven't made a 4 door coupe version of this car yet is absolutely beyond me. This is one of the most stunning cars in the world! A four dour coupe would probably outsell the standard and convertible versions.

This colour looks like the Land Rover KESWICK GREEN...Looks great (subjectively I know..) on a Defender...difficult to tell just from this good film..however if it’s anything that I would imagine..I reckon in the “flesh” this looks a great colour for the FType

One thing i dont like about the F Type is the big open front grille
As an F-TYPE owner, I cringed at the fact that the engine was revved from a cold start before the fast idle cycle was completed

If not for the emblem on the grill this car would not be recognized as a Jag. That's a shame, because the previous model could be recognized as a Jag before the emblem could be seen.

I had a 2019 f-type and it fell to pieces. I owned it for 18 months from new and it was back at the dealers for 12 months. I now drive a Porsche and it’s never been back to the dealers.

I am a big Jaguar fan, but they did a few things wrong here. 0:04 tire profile sidewalls are too thin and do not fill out the wheel well enough. They should have used a taller sidewall. 0:17 panel gap between the hood and front bumper cover is too large. 0:27 hood vents are fake. Jaguar should not put fake vents anywhere on their cars. 0:36 black fender liner sticking out of rear wheel well. This was done because Jaguar designed the body wrong and needed to meet certain regulations, so they just made the fender liner stick out. Very poor planning on their part. 1:19 Jaguar badge looks like a cartoon that a kindergarten kids drew. The original badge from the 80's looked much more majestic. 2:22 the left side of the hood is higher than the right side. Interior is perfect. Would I buy this car? Absolutely Yes!
Well, I must say I’m stumped. I’ve rewatched the video from the beginning several times and I’ve not been able to spot anyone who looks remotely tired or even weary at 0:04 seconds. In fact I’ve not seen anyone in the video at all.

I can tell you don't own one lol. Tire profile is fine, bigger profile will affect the handling a lot. trust me, I went bigger (got a good deal on a set) and it handled like a boat. The panel gap is because the hood isn't closed all the way as stated by the OP. The hood vents are absolutely NOT fake, they are 100% functional. The liner "sticking out" is also functional. The tires kick up a lot of tiny rocks and pebbles that may chip the paint in the rear quarter ("may" mine has not, but I have seen others that are chipped) the plastic deflects those things. I do agree the badge could be better. In summary, comment on something you know about....lol
@@jaxrican1Sorry- but no, I don't trust you. I trust my judgment over yours. I daily drove the 2014 F type that came with stock 18 inch wheels and it handled superbly. The bigger sidewall looked better and took the potholes better than a larger sized wheel. The panel gaps were there regardless of whether the hood is closed or not. That is a quality control issue. I saw it like that in the showroom. The rear fender liner was done to meet European regulations: ""Designers also like to pull in the bodywork aft of the rear wheel-well cutouts to show off a little tire tread, the sports-car equivalent of a plunging neckline. European regulations dictate that the fenders must cover 100% of the tire width as measured from 30 degrees forward and 50 degrees rearward. Black plastic fins like you see on the Jaguar allow stylists to create that provocative view while still adhering to the letter of the law.""
The hood vents are just for show because they are too thin to be effective. The growler badge is joke.

Doesn't look like a jag. Looks like any other Japanese auto. Jag needs to get back to what made them special. Where the car looked fast standing still. Had body lines and curves like a woman. Sexy and distinct. The cat needs to be back on the hood. Taking it off and badging it looks cheap and out dated. I had an SType R. To me that was the last of the great bodies. Waiting....
