What is better than whirly birds when it comes to ventilating the roof cavity space in Australia (to comply with the National Construction Code 2022)?

In part 2 of this follow up video, we investigate an alternative from Canberra, ACT. It is a genuine AUSSIE invention and has a great back story.
The Universal tile ventilator has many advantages over the whirly birds. Yet, it also has limitations.
