@Nipa: Seriously? That is all you have to say? WB probably is the only state with a dedicated rock music culture in their own language in India. Some of the compositions are truly authentic and have meaningful lyrics. If you think this is noise, I'd love to see your reaction on hearing death metal or even milder, thrash metal. Just because you think it's noise, doesn't mean it isn't music. Typical ignorant holier than thou behaviour. Bangla rock has hundreds of thousands of fans in WB, Bangladesh, and like me - who are not even Bengali but love and support the music. People like you only deserve to hear and spend money on crappy Bollywood and other BS 'music'. It's a tragedy these bands are in India. They have to play engineering college festivals and Durga Puja shows. Many talented bands like Alokborsho disbanded after just 1 album with incredible talent. Abroad they would be playing to packed audiences, and make millions of dollars. Please sit down, auntyji.
