Babies Chi and Ahn are a lifelike silicone reborn baby dolls. They were sculpted by Bonnie Sieben and produced into silicone by Maria Lynn Dolls in a super soft EcoFlex silicone. At 22 inches, these sweet asian baby girls wear size 0-3 months old baby clothes and size 1 diapers. Their blank kits are available online at marialynndolls.com/silicone-kits

I really like how life-like these dolls are. I can also understand why people would own dolls like these. What I don't like are the mean comments people make against doll owners.
You don't know the TH-camr's story. The fact could be that they can't have children or they did but their children passed away before the parents could have a chance to care for them. It's a coping mechanism for dealing with the loss of a child.
And these dolls also serve as practice tools, for when the person is pregnant or going through an actual adoption.
You can also allow young teens to learn about childcare with these dolls.
I totally agree Jill ..what ever it takes to make life enjoyable for some people... in the midst of confusion & sadness that this world holds..it's all a part of having a break from the harsh realities of life...I think it's enlightening, sweet & melts my heart 💓 to see these enchanting Baby dolls...thrill the hearts of many!!💖🧸🧚🤗

The dolls are really lifelike but no doll can take the place of a living baby. They can be beautifully used for practice about babycare . But to fill the vacant place of a baby, we need a baby, biological or adopted.
