百分之五十基本是真实的价格,这样系统性的下跌一般都是超跌。以后不是核心地段的房产最大的问题是缺少流动性。一般十四年价格会涨回最高点,但是因为人口问题在中国不会有同样的周期。

花桥房子肯定比燕郊好卖。
花桥附近都是工厂,而且地铁直达上海,跌的没那么惨,16年大四实习的时候,当时的领导86万就买了一套,位置还不错

感觉上海没跌多少,价格肯定跌了,但是好房子还是贵。特别次新房价格贼坚挺,我想换都下不去手。除非那种急卖的,一般很少能捡漏。现在成交大的还是 300 以下的破小,占总成交的 6 成,500万以下占了 8 成。主要最后一波涨的的太虚高了,好多豪宅小区涨到 30 万一平,现在回到 21,22万听起来回了不少其实还是贵。现在价格个人觉得跌的太少了,大部分还是比 19 年我看房的时候高不少。 没啥漏可以捡。
