    I remember when the sand lizard enclosure was first opened at Chester Zoo in 1996. Good to see the breeding programme works.

      You'd have to contact the Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust, not sure they are taking any new people on though. www.arc-trust.org/

    Really enjoyed ....go to the south coast cliffs Southbourne....there's wall lizards and lacerta billineata or viridis western green lizard there. ....I know there not indigenous of the UK.....but they are so beautiful....good to see the sand lizards agilis is doing so well .

      Still interesting that the Wall Lizard hasn't really over-exploited it's niche in the UK environments as an invasive.

      That's good to hear .rescued a wall lizard the other day came in at a veg shop tail missing and looking sad I've put it under uv and basking lamp and he's doing really well feeding pooping ect. Beautiful little lizard
