Thanks guys. I had a big break thru tonight. Been getting hammered hard with different themes this whole past month as I was really leaning into the discomfort and fear. It really ramped up hard as I was starting to implement more changes and cutting compulsions. And right as I was doing one last exposure today I was just sitting with the feeling of “wow this thing just won’t let up and let me enjoy life,” but on my drive home from the exposure(which really is let’s be honest just me loving life and doing what I would want to be doing) I had this moment of seeing past the fear so vividly. I could see that everything the fear wants me to do is a further way to destroy my life and cage me. We just need to get into deep in our hearts that leaning into discomfort=growth. If you are uncomfortable, good keep going. On the other side of fear is life. We just forget that there is indeed life to be lived and it’s NOT in the past before this but truly just around the freaking corner if we just keep going!!! Let’s go boys and girls!!

Thanks so much i really learn from your video's! I have a question.
I am recovering from PPPD. Its persistent dizziness kind of symptoms that are always there. When i started having this i was so scared for my future and nobody really could tell me why i sufferd from this and what is was.
So, now, 1 year later, 1 week ago, i finally find out. And, now i am SURE it can heal, now i finally am more relaxed and symptoms are already less! BUT...trough all the flight moments i still have and had, my breath everytime goes tight. My throat and diaphgram also. Every time i feel dizzy or something like that, my mind startles and my breath goes with it.
    I understand this process....
BUT...now, also when i am not dizzy, a lot of times of the day, i suddenly feel my breath. I just feel it going... not to fast but just where it goes. High or low, i dont mind... but its just that when i keep feeling it, it feels really UNcomfortable 🙈.. than my focus is on it and ofcourse i want it to go away.
I listened some video's of yours. And understand a lot...
BUT i am so wondering, most of the times, my tight breath comes as a reaction of a startlet mind (when feeling dizzy of out of balance suddenly). THAT i can not help, its a natural reaction. But now i am wondering, is it ME who keeps this tight breath going on (like ocd) or should i think its normal to have a focus on it when its there everything time...
So, now i am.wondering, i really WANT to wear it like an UNcomfortable coat..but i keep on wondering, is it ocd that i cant keep my mind of of it when i feel it? Or is it just a consequence of the pppd sensations and it it not because of ocd😅hope i am clear with my queation...greets from Holland

Hey Arianne. I think a good place to start is with this question, What's the core fear here? I find it's easier when we put it into one or two sentences.

I would recommend reading Paul David's At Last a Life and watching some of Nick's videos on somatic ocd.

@@aguywhohikes1271 🤔🤔🤔good question. The core fear is: it will never go away, because i cannot stand this UNcomfortable feeling🙈

I had PPPD for over two years and got past it even after being that way for that long. Haven’t been dizzy in any circumstance for close to two years. I have other obstacles now but yes it will go away completely

Hi guys. I'm a little late to the video; however, any of you have had help from medication? if it's not too much to ask. I use to watch the videos but I don't recall if you have mentioned it

Hey guys, great video as always.
Could you please do a demonstration on how to properly dispute on paper. One on sensorimotor would be awesome 😁

Hello!) If you want to start disputing work now, you can check other videos on this chanel about disputing, I think they are very helpful and informative, and also this process is described in details in the first book from reading list "How to stubbornly refuse..."
