    Had mine nearly a year now with no issues. It's gone from taking my son when he was 2 and half to taking my daughter out as a newborn. We still use it now for her as we just love it. It's not a decision I've regretted at all.

    I have the Graco modes currently and LOVE it. This feels like its fancier cousin! I agree with you - the "infinite recline" is terrible and difficult to use. I'm definitely excited to try them side by side to compare.

    Hi Simon, thanks for a great review! How do you feel about the overall quality and durability of the stroller? Many of the negative reviews I read said the stroller becomes overall wobbly and some parts fall apart after 6 months of use. They also say it's hard to push the stroller with just one hand, as the wheels go all over the place. Any feedback on these issues?

    • @SimonG3
      @SimonG3  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Anna Ryan thanks for the questions. The overall durability is good. The only thing that I had to be careful with was the foam covering on the handle. It can rip if you put heavy bags on it for example over time. Wobbly - didn’t have that experience. Hard to push with one hand - yes this can be something you experience, it’s the takeaway for being a very sturdy ride - but it’s hard to turn with one hand, not push with one hand. The wheels don’t go all over the place.

    hi Simon, great review, we are very convinced to buy the adorra with this video. There is a question I have though. I looked for Adorra on amazon and it is missing this peripheral wall that you have at the bottom which kinda covers the baby's feet . Is that an extra attachment that you bought?

    • @SimonG3
      @SimonG3  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Abhishek Miglani Hi! I believe you are talking about the “border” of the seat by the feet. This is part of the seat, it is normally buttoned down underneath - you just unbutton it and flip it up. But please understand that this is not a strong support border, you don’t want a child sliding into it. Any other questions please let me know!

    Excellent review! Thank you for posting this video. Could you tell me how you applied the WD-40 to the wheels, and, have you had to reapply it again? Thanks! Also, some people have complained that the foam handle falls apart, is that true?

    • @SimonG3
      @SimonG3  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, you spray where the wheels connect to the frame. Use a paper towel and just get it all in there as beat you can. You can also remove the wheels, spray where they connect, and attach again- but I didn’t have to do that.
      The foam handles - yes I did have this issue. It happens because we often hang heavy things on top of foam handles which eventually degraded them. I fixed the issue by using tennis racket tape to reinforce the area that ripped. I am nearly having this issue on another stroller - so I’m guessing this is a common issue with foam handles.
      Hope that helps.

      Simon Green Hi! I thought we had the same “sticking” problem but actually there’s little grey levers right above the wheels that you just slide up. It’s sticking because they slide down when putting the stroller away. Took us a while to figure it out.

    Thanks for the review! What's the weight of the stroller itself ? as it doesn't say on Amazon. How would you compare this to babyzen YOYO if you have been trying that one?

    • @SimonG3
      @SimonG3  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi - the YOYO is a much smaller stroller. Much lighter also. Like 12 lbs (YOYO) compared to 28 lbs (Adorra). Each have their advantages. For me, I have 2 strollers - one lightweight, and one larger (Adorra) which has a lot more storage space and capabilities.. but is heavier. I will do a review on my lightweight stroller if you're interested.

    I purchased this stroller and I was extremely excited but once I received it I regretted it. Don’t get me wrong the color is beautiful! the wheels are super smooth and the stroller was very easy to assemble! But the stroller was just too bulky, it was very long and the handle part was very wide as well. It was too much to do and the button to fold the stroller was super hard! any-who I returned it and purchased the garco downton stroller which I absolutely love! although it does not have the bassinet feature....

    • @SimonG3
      @SimonG3  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your opinion. The button mechanism is actually very easy if you know the secret (keep the handlebars straight, if they bend down, folding the stroller becomes difficult) ... as for the bulk, I agree that it’s a larger stroller. That’s why it’s the “Cadillac” of strollers. 😄 thanks again for stopping by.

  • @onceuponahouse9748
    @onceuponahouse9748 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi, I know this post has been a year ago, but now I'm looking into buying MAxicosi - going in between Zelia and Adorra, I've read comments on rear wheels of Adorra as they are not as shock-absorptive as the other kinds, especially not giving a smooth ride on tough terrains, how do you feel about it?

    • @SimonG3
      @SimonG3  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s not super rugged for rocky paths, but it’s usable. If you truly want a stroller that can manage challenging terrain you probably need inflatable tires. But those are a nuisance if they pop or when they lose air... so you need to think how often you’ll truly be on that kind of terrain.

    • @SimonG3
      @SimonG3  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Josabet Hernandez yes this was bought as a travel system. Yes it’s sturdy with the car seat - the model that I have does have some wiggle on the seat, but nothing dangerous.

    • @jadewilson3251
      @jadewilson3251 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Josabet Hernandez I just bought this stroller (I’m due in July) and we noticed that the car seat wiggles/rocks when it’s attached to the stroller. Did you purchase this and have the same problem? If you did, was it fine? When we saw that it wiggles a lot it made us wonder if that’s how it was supposed to be or if it was supposed to not move at all. Sorry for the questions but I’ve been searching the internet everywhere for any kind of review or experience with it wiggling, and yours is the only one I’ve found!

    • @josabethernandez9853
      @josabethernandez9853 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jade Wilson hey! Yes I did end up purchasing the travel system and the car seat does rock/wiggle but it’s perfectly fine. I even use it as a little rocker when she’s waking up. I think it wiggles because it’s connected through adapters. I have some friend with the uppababy vista and their car seat wiggles as well when attached to the stroller but there’s absolutely no danger of the car seat is clocked in correctly.

    • @jadewilson3251
      @jadewilson3251 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @josabethernandez9853
      @josabethernandez9853 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jade Wilson no problem :) I also recommended putting the wd-40 on the front wheels like the video recommends before you use the stroller. I didn’t and a month into using it my wheels would not spin until I put in the wd-40 so it’s good to avoid it overall by applying it first thing when putting the stroller together :)
