I respect AP taking charge and calling like it is. I have never understood why they moved from Aiden at quarterback. He throws a good ball and I know he doesn't move well, but it should be easier to protect a pocket if done right. Brady made his living from the pocket. Aiden gets the ball out and can fire it accurately. He just needs coaching. He is cheap,too. AP was the guy, who believed in him, but then the team goes away from him.

Hurt players, bad offensive line, and terrible OC , plus no QB. That's all issues that are going to take another strong off-season and draft to repair. The o line will perform in both phases with a pocket passer because it dictates how the defense rushes. The panthers played the run the whole game and still rattled minshew because playing from the pocket isn’t his game. They closed his escape lanes by maintaining their gaps. With a pocket passer, the d line has to get out of phase to get to the qb and in turn, the run game will open up too. Minshew is a good back up because he can play well when he isn’t game planned against, but once the game plan is designed to stop him, the book is out on minshew

If Getsy wants to keep his job, he needs to rearrange this offensive style to suit the situations at any given time. Meaning if the run game isn’t working, then on the fly go pass heavy with the play action and look down field with Tre, Myers and Adams play action would work with the TEs taking advantage of breaking off the line to then pushing the defences outward to then establish three to five yard runs. We have to get a lot more clinical in defence too to stem the workload of Maxx though we all know he’s a dawg and wants every snap. We have the talent to there so now is the time to change sh!t up starting with Getsy not being stubborn on the run game. With Koonce gone, Tyree ineffective and Maxx impaired, our lack of quality depth on our defensive line gave Dalton 4 seconds to throw, and almost any QB will peel your hide with a clean pocket and four seconds or more to throw.

My Raiders are NOT a 10 win team this season. We have 2 good QBs carrying out bad play calling from the offensive coaching staff. No RB with vision and speed. White plows straight ahead with both arms holding the ball. Maxx needs to and EARNED his time to heal. He has to play while injured because he KNOWS everyone depends on him to give us a chance. If one injured teamate feels he has to carry the load because other teammates refuse to do the same. That's what we have for a team.

When Aiden starts and has success, they'll suddenly start talking about how much our O line has improved when the improvement is a QB who can get the ball out quickly and accurately, and our running backs will get better because the other team will have to cover the receivers more, which will open up the running game.

How do you know Aidan is a career back up? At the same stage in Aidan’s career, Brady was 1 for 3 for 6 yards. Mobile QBs don’t win championships unless their name is pat mahomes. And the only reason it works for him is because he CAN play from the pocket.

Absolutely right! I rewatched the game and there were multiple plays where minshew had open receivers and failed to make the read. Hard to grade Getsy with an ineffective qb.
My Raiders are NOT a 10 win team this season. We have 2 good QBs carrying out bad play calling from the offensive coaching staff. No RB with vision and speed. White plows straight ahead with both arms holding the ball. Maxx needs to and EARNED his time to heal. He has to play while injured because he KNOWS everyone depends on him to give us a chance. If one injured teamate feels he has to carry the load because other teammates refuse to do the same. That's what we have for a team.
