Very helpful and comprehensive list, thank you. You not only sound knowledgeable on the subject, but also sound like you're a good friend to the people in your life. 👍

I have similar items. I divide them into modules within a backpack, toolbox, and a floor jack. Furthermore, I carry safety gear for the driver: a safety reflective vest and gloves, rubber gloves, and safety glasses. For driver and passengers I also have emergency blanket, emergency poncho, whistle, and mask. There is also a small bandage kit as well.

Sound advice and a very comprehensive kit. Also I carry an aux belt, just in case. Feels good to be able to help others when their time of need. Also as have the hood blanket removed a fire extinguisher is in the car. Sugary snacks and water. For me when a person had broken down, I used my car recovery tow pole. they offered $$ for my time and help. Just told them to buy a recovery pole and pay it forward. did they buy the tow pole... sounds advice and a good kit.

Great minds think alike! Good idea with a recovery pole - probably safer than towing with just a tow line

Almost to a T what I've got in mine, with more medical stuff (trauma kit stuff) and clear gorilla repair tape instead of duct tape. Good ideas, used almost all of it at some point or another. I still need to get the jump starter thing at some point though.

Nice- and it’s definitely worth the investment. I forgot to mention the one I have reads out voltage too - good to get a reading to help figure out if you need a better jump with cables or how bad the battery is.

Great video. Inspired me to add gloves, adhesive tape, and zip ties to the boot of my car. I might suggest adding some cheap high-visibility reflective vests, the yellow kind preferably. I've now twice had a flat tire in snow/ice on curving roads in the last couple years, and each time wished I had a high vis vest at that moment.
