IPhone user since 3gs, 4, 4s iphone6 and now i switched to huawei p20 and im telling you all its the best phone for me in terms of camera, phone storage, operating system, price etc. Its really goodbye iphone for me

Get the P20 Pro. As Angelgrey9 i have been an Iphone User since the Iphone 3gs. And have nearly every Model. The P20 Pro is amazing. Considering the Price its a joke what Apple is offering is by now

Have been using this phone for 4 years...since june 2018... and the performance is great. never had issue of lagging or hiccup or whatsoever. even i use huawei p20 pro for video editing for my youtube channel...and it is so satisfying...
The Huawei P20 Pro rocks .. I have owned mine two weeks and will never by a Samsung phone again .. If you doubts about this device, you need to take it for a test drive .. Battery is remarkable (4000mah), camera awesome and with 6gb of ram, nothing slows it down ..

Hello, thanks for the tips! I hid the navigation bar and i realized that now i cant make the screen "smaller". The thing you were able to do by sliding the navigation bar. Is there a way to do it or not?

Totally loving this phone! Only a few things that I'm having issues with.
1) Seperating my notification sounds. Example : Online notifications and texting notifications all sound the same. I had to download Zedge in order to change this, although it still happens with certain things
2) The lack of ability to have a picture for a background for my texts and message board
I have the option to answer when I bring up to my ear, if only the ringtone started to lower as you put it to your ear because if your ringtone is loud volume it does blast in your ear

I want to remove the notification that pops up on my lockscreen ? Can anyone tell me how to get that of the lockscreen. I don't need mail or messenger or any other social media to be shown on my lockscreen.

How do I set the volume tone on my notifications without effecting the ringtone.. emails, whatsapp etc are as loud as anything and I want to hear them, just dont need the whole building hearing them too... I want the ringtone loud, but the notifications a bit softer.. samsung has this feature, how do I change it on Huawei p20 pro.. if I cant, then no use keeping this phone.
If you want the ring tone loud for goodness sake then go to the er and go get your ears cleaned out, my ring tone is the old fashioned iphone ring tone I have set mine high because I am always out in the streets, I am disabled or traveling on public transport. I can still hear it, why dis a great phone at a great price £219 from £279. in the Black Friday sale. If you want to know how simply ask before you buy.

Just got it and love it. But. It's just a tiny bit sluggish. Compared to the sony xz premium at least. The sony reacts almost before i touch the buttons but here everything is just tiny bit hessitant

Love this phone and all the clever solutions the huawei team managed to implement. Kind of a bummer that they killed the headphone jack, but the overall package is fantastic so it's accept this time.
Huawei is also better than Samsung in managing the software. Their phones run notacibly smoother and snappier.
I had a USB c to headphone jack in my box but only listen and not charge at the same and vicversa

Hello, I would like to ask if someone can give me advice for my locked on EE Huawei P20 Pro. Overall, I am satisfied, but I realized that phone is stuck at C782 firmware which is pretty old and I cannot update, model is CLT-L09, I am from UK. Can someone tell me any way how to get updates directly from Huawei even at any cost? Thank you.
Be wary and becarful there are places that will unlock your phone for you at a price, look around 1st and one thing make sure this will not invalidate your waranty and contract if its still running with EE. Just becareful and think 1st

Magnus yes it should, if the phone is new please take it back to where you bought it, and get them to investigate this. I know the solution to this but its not my phone.
If you click the volume button down twice fast while the phone is asleep the phone takes a pic 0.03 seconds

Yes, but on P20 not pro, same here after 6 month, another chinese holly crap. Huawei saying to do wipe catch partition, reset all settings, factory reset, nothing worked. Sent to repairs in warranty.

Go to Settings on the top right after opening the camera and turn off 'master AI'. Otherwise it will select whichever mode it thinks is most appropriate, for example portrait mode with beautification effect

Ah sloghen a phone phidler lol, I was one we all were one to see what they could do. Now somethings messed up. Sounds like you need a phone reset GASP. I have had to do it its no big deal I wont tell you how to do it, take it back to the store or retailer and let them do it for you, and you will walk out with a brand new reset phone. BACK UP YOUR MUSIC CONTACTS OR PICTURES 1ST THIS IS A MUST. AND DONT PHIDLE WITH IT
