In them I retell a story using different tenses. In one video the story takes place many years ago so I tell it in the past tense, and in another video the story takes place in the future so I tell it in the future tense.

Kristian, what is the difference between these expressions in your examples:
56:30 “getting up” and
56:40 “standing up”?
Could I speak “getting up from a chair”? Is that correct?
